Bread Cheese Rolls

A snack for your evening time. Enjoy this with you friends and family over a cup of tea or cup or on its own 🙂
Made with bread and cheese, this snack is to prepare and tasty to eat.


Ingredients

1 Cup Mashed Potato
1/4 tsp Pepper Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Chilli Flakes
1/4 tsp dried Thyme
1 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 Bread Slices
4 Mozzarella Cheese Sticks
Bread Crumbs
Egg
Oil for frying

Preparation

In a bowl, add the mashed potato, black pepper powder, salt, garlic powder, chilli flakes, thyme and Mayonnaise. Mix everything together.

Next, take the bread slices and cut all the four edges.

Soak a bread slice in water ( one at a time ) and gentle squeeze it.

Smear the mash potato mix on the bread and place one cheese stick, then gentle roll the bread in the shape of a roll and ensure all the sides are properly closed.

Now, coat the roll with bread crumbs, then with eggs and again with bread crumbs.

Make bread rolls with the remaining bread.

Fry the rolls until it turns brown in colour.

Serve with ketchup and enjoy it.
