Eggless Mango Cake

A moist and Eggless Mango cake goes well with a cup of tea or coffee or just enjoy it with Mango Sauce. It is very moist in texture and very yummy. This is an eggless cake. Do try it at home and let me know how it was.

Ingredients

1/2 Cup Butter
1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
1/4 Cup Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 Cup Mango Pulp

Preparations

In bowl, add butter (room temperature) and Sugar. Whisk until colour changes to pale yellow.

Add milk and vanilla extract and mix everything well.

Sieve the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt into the milk mixture. Cut and fold the flour until incorporated. Do not over mix.

Add the Mango Pulp and gentle mix until incorporated.

Pour the batter into a baking dish.

Bake at 200°C for 20 to 25 minutes or until fully cooked.

Serve with Mango Sauce.
