Dahi Kebab is a very moist, melt in mouth Kebab made with Curd / Yogurt. A great appetizer to start your email. Goes well with Green Chutney

Ingredients
400 gms Hung Curd
1/4 Cup Grated Paneer ( Cottage Cheese)
1/4 Cup Grated Processed Cheese
1/2 inch of Ginger (grated)
1 Finely Chopped Green Chilli
1 tbsp Copped Onion
1 tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
1/4 tsp Sauf Powder (Fennel Seed)
1/2 tsp Black Salt
1 tbsp Gram Flour (Besan)
Preparation
In a bowl add hung curd, paneer, processed cheese, ginger, green chilli, chopped onion, coriander leaves.
Add black pepper powder, cumin powder, Sauf Powder, black Salt, Gram flour.
Gentle mix all the ingredient so that everything gets incorporated together. Do not over mix.
With the help of a spoon, scoop out the mixture and with your hand give them a shape. Avoid touching the kebab as less as possible.
Coat the Kebab with bread crumbs. Deep fry until it turns brown in colour.
Serve it hot with green chutney.
