Chilli Potato is a great appetizer made with Potato to Chilli Sauce. It surely will give you a kick of spiciness to your tongue, leaving behind a great flavour.

Ingredients
2 Potatoes (Chopped)
Salt
1 tbsp Corn Flour
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Onion
2-3 Garlic Cloves
1 inch Ginger (grated)
1 tsp Soya Sauce
1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
1 tbsp Schezwan Sauce
1 Green Chilli
Spring Onion
Preparation
Chopped the Potatoes in the shape of French Fries. Wash and Towel Dry.
Transfer to a bowl and add the salt and corn flour. Mix everything together and ensure each potato is coated well with corn flour.
Deep fry until light yellow in colour.
Now, in a pan add Oil, Onion , Garlic and Ginger. Fry until onions turn translucent in colour.
Add Soya Sauce, Red Chilli Sauce and Schezwan Sauce and mix everything together. Add Water and bring to a boil.
Now, in a bowl add corn flour and water to make a Slurry. Add the slurry to the sauce, mix and bring to a boil.
Add the fried potatoes and gentle mix to coat the potatoes with the sauce.
Garnish with Green Chilli and Spring Onion.
