Ingredients :
4 Eggs
1/4 Cup Milk
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Salt as per taste
1/2 tsp All Purpose Seasoning
1 tbsp Carrot (Boiled)
1 Medium Size Potato (Boiled)
1 tbsp Capsicum
1/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese
1 tbsp Cheddar Cheese for Sprinkle
1 Chicken Sausage
Chilli Flakes
Preparations:
Pre Heat the oven at 250°C
Pour the eggs in a jar / bowl. Add the Milk, Black Pepper, Salt and all purpose seasoning and whisk them together.
Add the Vegetables and cheese and then gently mix them.
Pour the mix in the cup cake moulds and add the sliced sausages. Sprinkle some cheese and Chilli Flakes.
Pop them to an oven and bake them for 15-20 minutes at 250°C
