One of the best thing about summers is the King of Fruits ‘Mango.
Who doesn’t love Mango ?
The sweet and delectable taste of Mango cannot be expressed in words. From Mango Lassi to Mango Milk shakes. The thought in itself brings water in my mouth. There are so many dishes you can prepare from Mangoes, and one such is Mango Pudding.
Here is my way of making Mango Pudding.

What do you need ?
Pulp of 2 Mangoes
1 tbsp Gelatin ( you can also use Agar agar or China grass)
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 cup cream
How to Prepare ?
Cut 2 mangoes and blend them to make a smooth mango pulp.
Add 1 tbsp of Gelatin in 1 cup of hot water so that it dissolves properly.
Now, in a pan add the mango pulp and the gelatin solution. Cook the mango until it turns translucent (6-8 minutes).
Add Sugar and cook until the sugar dissolves.
Add the cream and further cook for 6-8 minutes. Let it cool.
Pour it into glasses or molds and refrigerate for at least 6 hours / overnight.
Garnish with Mango pieces.
